All orders inside Amman are delivered within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders above 35.00 JOD qualify for complimentary express courier service. For Zarqa, Irbid, Aqaba, and other governorates, standard transit is 48 to 72 hours.

2. Inspection Upon Arrival & COD
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all catalog items across Jordan. Clients have the right to inspect leather grain, stitching, and hardware at their doorstep or office before completing payment to the courier.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Custom Orders
Standard catalog goods in pristine condition may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Custom-debossed corporate orders and bespoke monogrammed suites are custom-manufactured and non-refundable once approved in proofing.
